SCHEDULE

At Refine City Prep, flexibility isn’t an extra feature—it’s the foundation of our program. Our students drive their own academic workload with the guidance of certified teachers through ICL Academy and the support of an in-person proctor. This approach empowers each athlete to learn at their own pace, manage their schedule effectively, and balance academics with athletic development.

By removing the rigid constraints of a traditional school day, our model creates more flex time—time that is intentionally invested in the holistic growth of the individual. Students use this time to excel both on and off the field through:

  • Technical Training: Mastering skills and improving decision-making under pressure.

  • Position-Specific Growth: Developing strengths unique to each player’s role.

  • Sports Performance: Building strength, speed, agility, and endurance.

  • Nutrition Education: Learning how to fuel for training, competition, and recovery.

  • Mental Performance Coaching: Strengthening mindset, focus, and resilience.

This flexible, integrated schedule ensures that athletes are not only academically prepared for college but also physically and mentally equipped to thrive at the next level.
